Throughout my career in psychology, education and HR, I’ve navigated the complexities of the corporate world — understanding the intricate balance between authority, expectations, and personal authenticity. I know first-hand how difficult it can be to navigate spaces that require us to perform and conform, often at the expense of our true selves. As someone who has explored their own path to self-discovery — I’m passionate about creating environments where everyone feels empowered to bring their full selves to work.

In my corporate role as an HR manager, I work to foster cultures of inclusion, authenticity, and psychological safety.
